What are your General Shipping Policies?

Some items are shipped from Texas via USPS, which is the most economical shipping method. Orders take 2 โ€“ 7 days to process depending on the availability and crafting process. Once shipped, domestic first class shipments take 3 โ€“ 7 business days to arrive. All DOMESTIC orders come with tracking number, a cost that is included in shipping charges. Buyers can use USPS.com to track packages shipped within the U.S. In rare cases, it may take 30 โ€“ 60 days for your package to arrive if shipped from another country.

Can I exchange my item if I ordered the wrong size or product?

Some items can be exchanged as long as we are contacted within 3 business days. A restocking fee does apply and not ALL items can be exchanged. Please contact us on a case by case basis. We strive for 5 star reviews and will do our best to beat your expectations.
